While you’re absent, it’s essential to safeguard your property. Should your property stay vacant for an extended period, such as weeks, months or even a few days, your insurance provider might consider the policy null and void, leaving you responsible for covering any damages personally. Essentially, leaving a property unoccupied can result in being uninsured.

Buffalo Nickel
STANDARD $5 / visit
For peace of mind, we will drive by for a visual inspection of the road side exterior building.
We can also drive in to the property, leaving tire tracks in the winter, giving the site the feel of regular action.
Digital log sheet.
(Check your insurance details, this might not qualify for keeping the policy valid.)
Buffalo Plaid
PLUS $10 / visit
Exterior walk around, checking all sides of building(s), yard & equipment.
Interior walk through for a visual check.
Log sheet left on the property.
Buffalo Roam
PREMIUM $15 / visit
Exterior walk around, checking all sides of building(s), yard & equipment.
Interior inspection, run water and flush toilets, check lighting, check appliances, temperature adjustments, watering plants etc.
Log sheet with checklist left on the property. Will send photos as requested.
Buffalo King
PLATINUM $20+ / visit
Exterior walk around, checking all sides of building(s), yard & equipment.
Interior inspection, run water and flush toilets, check lighting, check appliances, temperature adjustments, watering plants etc.
Log sheet with checklist left on the property. Will send photos as requested.
Includes maintenance add-ons.
